Adesanya Alakoye (September 26, 1943 - October 1980) is the author of the chapbooks Tell Me How Willing Slaves Be (Energy BlackSouth Press, 1981) and Flesh of Night (Energy Earth Communications, 1981). He edited the magazine Blackstage in the 1970s and was guest editor with Lorenzo Thomas of an issue of the journal Hoo Doo (Issue 6 1/2, 1978). Alakoye was included in the anthologies Synergy D.C. and The Poet Upstairs.
