Saundra Rose Maley is co-editor of four books: A Wild Perfection: The Selected Letters of James Wright (2005), Solitary Apprenticeship: James Wright and German Poetry (1996), The Art of the Footnote: The Intelligent Student's Guide to the Art and Science of Annotating Texts (1996), and The Research Guide for the Digital Age (1997). Poems of hers have been published in journals such as Beltway Poetry Quarterly, Dryad, Calvert Review, Ethos, and Sybil-Child, and in the anthologies Full Moon on K Street: Poems About Washington, DC and D.C. Magazines: A Literary Retrospective. Maley served on the coordinating committee of the city-wide festival "DC Celebrates Whitman: 150 Years of Leaves of Grass" and is a member of the Washington Friends of Walt Whitman. She teaches at Montgomery College in Takoma Park, Maryland.
